French Toast Sticks
Cut 4 thick slices of bread into large chips/wedges.
Whisk together:
2 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essesence
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Dip the bread into the egg mixture to coat and then set them aside for 5 minutes. Lightly spray with cooking oil and cook in batches in your air fryer until golden. Serve with your favourite topppings, sauces, fruit or bacon and maple syrup.
Joan’s Sultana Loaf
- 1 C Raw sugar
- 1 C Sultanas
- 1 C Self Raising Flour
- 1 C Bran flakes
- 1 C Milk
Mix all the ingredients together and place in a loaf tin. Bake at 150C for about 1 ½ hours or until a skewer inserted into the loaf comes out clean.
